Meeting Place: Youde’s in Polk City

Welcome \ Introductions:  Bob kicked off our meeting.

Guest and family additions: Al is the proud owner of a 1949 8N Ford

Treasurer Report: around $1,160 before the expenses for the corn feed

Old Business: Gilbert Days the people hauler is off the list.  Insurance wouldn’t cover the event. The rest of the events will go on as planned.  Tractors will be main from 2nd to North.  Show starts at 9 a.m. so get there early for a good parking spot.  They plan to have bands both Friday and Saturday.  Old cars will be at the school. There is a volleyball tournament open to everyone. The fire fighters are having a water fight and all are welcome to take part. Thanks, Marv, for helping Dick with Gilbert days.

New Business:   Need ideas for December.  Dennis Kingsbury, thank you for the getting the corn.   We fixed a hundred ears this year.

Discussion Items: Gilbert days is coming up.  Corn feed at Youde’s in Polk went well. Thanks to everyone for coming when it’s been so hot.

Don Johnson – we need tractors at Bethany Manor before 10 a.m. Probably 6 or so tractors.  We’ll stay until around 2 p.m.

Auction or Threshing events: none

Presentation:  Oliver tractors, Ford Garden tractors and lovely 8N ford at Bruce and Marlene Youde’s.
